My Research Philosophy
I work with organisations and individuals who care about doing research well. Not just producing outputs, but asking the right questions, using appropriate methods, and being honest about what the findings actually show. As a researcher from a culturally and linguistically diverse background, I bring particular sensitivity to issues of equity, inclusion, and cultural context in research.
Outside of research, I find perspective in nature. Usually on a hiking trail somewhere. Hiking has taught me that the hardest climbs are manageable if you keep moving, one step at a time. I carry that with me.
